My name is Jenny Cameron, and ever since I can remember I have wanted to start my own management company. When people would ask me what I wanted to do when I grew up, graduated, etc, I would always say "I want to be an artist manager, and hopefully run my own company someday." I recently asked myself, "Why wait until someday?" I am a firm believer that anyone is capable of anything, so I decided to stop waiting for the right time or the right job and just create my dream myself. That dream has always been making others dreams come true through the power of music.

Lotus​ Talent Management (LTM) was founded on the idea that connections with others amplifies your success, and that if you truly have passion for what you're doing then you can do anything. The name "Lotus" has many meanings. First, it symbolizes prosperity, eternity, and the beauty of growth. The sole purpose of this company is to help my artists grow into the most successful artist they can be in every way shape and form. Second, the feeling I get when around lotus flowers can only be described as serenity, which is exactly how I want everyone that works with me to feel. A common denominator that I find when speaking to artists is that they don't have the energy to make their music, post on social media, keep up with accounting records, and performing all at once. I want to give all of my artists the luxury of focusing on their music as without it, there would be nothing. Third, I grew up around lotus flowers. Therefore I am always brought back to home when thinking of them. I want Lotus Talent Management to be home for my artists.
